Steve Kelley is a restaurant industry executive with over 25 years experience. As Operations Vice-President, Steve is responsible for all aspects of the day to day business in the 14 Hamburger Hamlet Restaurants. Steve joined Hamburger Hamlet in 1992 as Director of Food and Beverage and began directing operations in 1996. |

Prior to joining Hamburger Hamlet, Steve held several positions with Marriott Corporation. He began his career in the Family Restaurant Division. During this period Steve held positions of District Manager and Manager of Special Projects. In these capacities he was responsible for major program roll-outs, leading an opening team for an international franchise in Jakarta, Indonesia, and serving as President of the Board of Directors for the Credit Union. In 1989, Steve was recruited to the Host Marriott Airport Division to participate in the introduction of their new “branding strategy”with Pizza Hut, Burger King, Dunkin Donuts, and TCBY Yogurt. After a successful introduction at LAX, Steve took over responsibility for all food and beverage operations at Burbank Airport Steve has a proven track record of quality leadership, strong operational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to succeed. Steve has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from the University of Redlands.
