My family and I have been customers of Hamburger Hamlet for more than twenty years, a relatively short time compared to many of our loyal customers. When we learned that Hamburger Hamlet was searching for a new owner, and more importantly a new leader, I knew this was an opportunity we could not pass up.

Unfortunately, in the recent past, Hamburger Hamlet was owned by a large corporation that did not give the necessary attention, capital, and resources to the Hamlet. It is only due to fantastically loyal employees and customers that Hamburger Hamlet has remained a profitable business. I see it as our duty to return Hamburger Hamlet to its iconic status within the full service casual dining segment.
