Kitchen Management

The kitchen manager is responsible for all functions within the BOH. Responsibilities include ensuring great food quality, recipe adherence, hourly staff supervision, HR functions, ordering and fulfillment of food \ beverage \ supplies, housekeeping and safety in the work place.
