Restaurant Management

The general and assistant mangers are responsible for all functions within the restaurant. Responsibilities include guest relations, building sales, hourly staff supervision, HR functions, ordering and fulfillment of food \ beverage \ supplies, housekeeping and safety in the work place. The general manager ultimately has the financial responsibility for the operations.
